Commission orders and items from The Print Shop are non-returnable and non-refundable.

ONLINE SHOP

If you purchased artwork from the online shop ( art work that is non-commission and not from The Print Shop) contact me via e-mail or text within 7 days of receipt of the item to discuss return/refund options.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Paintings must be wrapped and protected in the same fashion it was received. Any item shipped back to LMD Fine Arts must arrive undamaged. If the item is damaged upon receipt by LMD Fine Art, no refund will be issued.
